411 Lipan St is a large warehouse below street level on Lipan St, 2 blocks west of Sante Fe Dr. between 4th Ave and 5th Ave. It's tricky to find us!
Our entrance is the TINY gate next to the tree on the West side of Lipan, nestled between two chain link fences. To access our garage door, you must go down a craggy slope and through a chain link fence.
